Nota Importante sulle Normative per Gas Fluorurati IN ITALIA**

In conformità al Regolamento (UE) n. 517/2014 e al d.P.R. n. 146/2018, le
apparecchiature contenenti gas fluorurati non sigillate ermeticamente possono essere
vendute solo se installate da un’impresa certificata.

Per legge, ogni vendita deve essere registrata nella Banca dati dei gas fluorurati,
includendo una dichiarazione dell’acquirente che garantisca l’installazione conforme
alla normativa. Pertanto, prima di completare l’ordine, sarà necessario fornire questa
dichiarazione obbligatoria.
